Well, we did it
Ryan and I have officially joined the ranks -- we purchased a home!!!!!!!!!! It is in West Seattle (Delridge area) and we are so excited. It is a lovely little town home with a decent little yard. Everybody far and wide, there is ample guest roomage so, as of July 12, we say COME ON OVER and stay a while!
